Max Wilson, Executive Director of Prevention and Recovery Services for more than 20 years, retired in 2011.  As giving to others was Max's trademark, an Educational Fund has been established to honor Max and his dedication to substance abuse prevention and treatment.  This fund is used to help continue efforts to provide educational opportunities to PARS staff and clients.
